CHIPPEWA LAKE, Ohio -- Moo is an indoor cat that is about 8 years old. His hobbies are sunbathing, giving kisses, chasing toys and eating.

Moo was adopted from One of a Kind Pet Rescue in Akron after being surrendered by his previous owners.

I wasn’t planning on adopting a cat, but after he lay on my lap and claimed me at the shelter, I couldn’t leave him.

He was shy at first -- and actually pretty mean. But after three years of love and patience, he now is a nice guy.
